RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thanks for shopping at PSAvenue.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Before proceeding to the refund process, please read our return and refund policy carefully, and contact our customer service team for your refund application. 

Returns

Orders can be return to us within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, not faulty or damaged, and in their original condition. The item must be kept in the original packaging without damage to its package. You will be asked to provide the receipt or proof of purchase for the order.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect the product for your refund. You will be notified on the status of your refund once the item has been processed. If the returned product has found to be used, faulty, damaged, or dose not meets the criteria of a refund product, your refund application will be declined.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit refund to you, with a $10 administrative refund process fee deduction, your store credit is valid for 12 months.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
