Thank you for visiting and shopping at PSAvenue.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. At the moment, we only allow shipping within Australia

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & time

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, the fees are calculated base on order as follows:

For shipment within Australia

For International shipment

Transport and delivery

PSAvenue.com shall not be held responsible for deliveries that may be affect by the customer, bad weather, air and ground transportation strikes, transporting from our shipping partner to your local carrier, withheld by transit customs nor any complication cause by the receiving party, including the lost of goods or missed delivery, or any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited our shipping country.

Packages undeliverable by our shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once the product is received and processed at our shipping hub.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

PSAvenue.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

PSAvenue.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
